Many of the latest models are equipped with genuine LED lamps.
Therefore, it is almost unheard of to replace a lamp when the bulb burns out, and the procedure is to replace the entire assembly when the lamp no longer lights up or when parts need to be replaced. However, before the last model generation, it was common practice to replace a bulb when it went out, even though the shape of the bulb was different.
Let us reconfirm the procedure for replacing incandescent bulbs.

There are points to note even before replacing the valve.

Carefully check how the various lenses are attached before starting work. If the lens is fastened with a regular small screw, screw, or wood screw, it is still fine, but some models use the tension of the lens or body itself to hook the hook into the hole and push it into place with a snap.
In the case of this snap-fixing type, be careful not to break the lens or break the hook part anyway. If the parts are hard, you may be able to disassemble them smoothly by using a hair dryer to warm the parts before working on them.
Store the removed parts together on a plate or tray to avoid losing them.

First of all, is it really out of bulbs? First of all, let’s check if the bulb is really broken. In such a case, it is quick to use a tester to check for continuity between terminals. If the glass bulb is large, such as the P15 or P25 series (glass bulbs for indicator and tail lamps with tubular fittings), you can also visually check if the filament is broken. After replacing the bulb with a new bulb, be sure to practice lighting confirmation before restoring the lens. If the bulb does not light up or is unstable, such as coming on and off, try polishing the contact points of the bulb socket with two folded strips of sandpaper. Also, if the reflector in the body is dirty, wipe off any fogging with a rag or tissue. When installing a new bulb, do not hold the glass bulb with your fingertips, but install it through a tissue. If finger grease or dirt adheres to the bulb, it will affect the bulb and cause it to break.

Lens gaskets are extremely important

Although some indicator lenses are constructed without lens gaskets, indicator, and tail lenses generally incorporate gaskets to prevent moisture. If the gasket breaks, it should be replaced with a new one.
